Payment Policy

ONLINE TICKETING PROCESS

  • Ways to make payment: Online Payment by Net Banking / Visa / Master Credit / Debit Cards / UPI.
  • Upon clicking the “Book Ticket” Button on www.jambuzoo.org website, the Customer will be redirected to Ticket booking system
  • Making this the first true generator on the Internet
  • Upon clicking the “Book Ticket” Button on www.jambuzoo.org website, the Customer will be redirected to Ticket booking system
  • Customer will have to select the Ticketing category, followed by the number and type of tickets they want to buy
  • Click on "Continue” to go to the “Additional Services” page and select the desired services, and again click “Continue” to go to the Booking Summary page.
  • On the “Booking Summary” page, the customer will get two options, “Make Changes” and “Make Payment”.
  • After clicking “Make Payment” The customer will be verified with an OTP sent on a mobile number and then proceed to Payment page.
  • On the Payment Page the customer will have to select their preferred mode of payment such as Net Banking / Visa / Master Credit / Debit Cards / UPI etc.
  • After Successful payment, The customer will receive an sms on the verified mobile number carrying booking reference id and a link to open a QR code based M-Ticket for Jambu Soo.
  • For any Query/Issue the customers may call on +91 9310638076 or physically get in touch with the ticketing supervisor at Jambu Zoo.

ONLINE PAYMENT PROCESS

  • Detailed instructions are given in the login page of the web payment as to the procedure to be followed in case of completed transaction and payment confirmation slip received and also failed transaction.Please follow the instruction carefully.
  • Once "Pay Online" — option is selected you will be directed for payment through Net Banking / Visa / Master Credit / Debit Cards / UPI. Customer can choose the desired payment option and proceed. Once the payment is successful, the customer will get a payment confirmation slip and the customer has to keep the same for reference.
  • In case the payment is not successful due to any reason the customer will get a “Payment Failure” notice.
  • In case none of the above two happens, and there is heavy delay in any response from the system — if you have neither proceeded with payment nor entered your bank details (viz. Debit/Credit card/Net Banking/UPI), then a customer may initiate the payment process again.
  • In case the customer has given bank details (viz. Debit/Credit card/Net Banking/UPI), and authorization for payment, and have not got any response, please check with your bankers or Credit Card Company and see if your account is debited. If your bank account/cc is debited, please don't make any attempt to pay again.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

There is no cancellation option for the Customer

  • In case of duplicate payment, end user to approach Ticketing supervisor/accounts department for refund with proof of the transaction/ reference/ your bank statement.
  • Payments once paid are non-refundable. However, for exceptional cases the management holds the right to take the decision of refund.
  • Refund will be processed within 5 —7 working days, respective payment bill desk will send back to the issuing bank in batches for processing, which should approximately take 8 -9 working days, depending on issuing banks policies
  • IMPORTANT: By submitting a payment through the online — payment site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. The institution may update these terms form time and any charges will be effective immediately on being set out here / WEBSITE
