- All visitors are under CCTV surveillance.
- Each ticket will have one-time entry.
- Please carry your valid identity card in case you are availing concession/exemption.
- Zoo has right to entry
- Booked ticket will be sent as SMS and on the email id provided

- or the 8-12 pm slot the booking will close at 11 am and the visitor needs to exit by 12 pm For the 1-5 pm slot the booking will close at 4 pm and the visitor needs to exit by 5 pm Tickets cannot be rescheduled on the date of entry.
- Holders of wrongly sourced tickets or unauthorized entry will be penalised or prosecuted by taking legal action(s) by Zoo Authorities.
